Warranty & Return Policy

Our return policy is as outlined below:

• 1 year warranty to cover any damage from normal wear and tear.

• If you receive a defective product please let us know as we will send out a replacement product immediately.

• We want you to love your Emerson Leather Bags product, but we understand that sometimes you will need to make a return. We are also happy to help with exchanges within our return window. 

• If you need to make a return or exchange, please return it to us by mail within 30 days for an exchange or a refund in your original form of payment.  There is a $29.99 re-stocking fee per item for returns.

• If you would like to start a return or exchange please contact us at emersonleatherbags@gmail.com with a photo of the product to confirm it is in original condition and please include your order number.

• Your return request must be approved before it is sent back to us. After your return request is approved, we will provide our returns address. 

• For returns and exchanges you will be responsible for shipping charges to send the product you received back to us.
